I found this laksa by pure accident. After enquiring the restaurant owner, this laksa was originated from Malacca and it is his grandmothers recipe.
The flavour of laksa is slightly sour, along with creaminess from coconut milk (santan), and added depth with curry spices. Served with chopped green onions and fried bean curd.
